Sturdy walking shoes or hiking boots, comfortable clothing for the season, sunscreen, sunhat and a small daypack. Trekking poles, water and snacks are included in most tours.
For easy half-day walks, children from age 5 are welcome. Full-day programmes are recommended for ages 10+. The Summit Expedition is for participants aged 14 and above.
Forest and valley tours run year-round. Summit tours operate May–October. Winter snowshoe tours are available December–March by request. Contact us for current availability.
